Surface Preparation – Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease/dust (as per EN ISO 8501). Spray Evenly – Apply from 15-20 cm distance, allowing intermediate drying between layers. Layer Thickness – Ensure the touch-up area is 30 µm thicker than the surrounding galvanized layer (per EN ISO 1461).
