Hiroo Mochizuki, expert of numerous Japanese arts, introduces the traditional Yoseikan Budo, inclusive and efficient art. His personal reflection made him create an original method composed of two parts: the martial part and the sports part (including a kind of specific competition made in the same purpose). This DVD focuses on the sport part of Yoseikan Budo. This sport method represents a comprehensive preparation for any high level athlete’s training. To work with the fist and the feet allows to develop the muscles, the throws on the other hand are a contraction work, whereas the work with three different sizes of weapons enhances the speed and the abilities to adapt.
