The Great Master Hirokazu Kanzawa was born in Inwate, Japan in 1931. Already in early stage he was interested in different kind of martial arts. As a student he became Masatoshi Namayma’s and Shotoka Karate founde’s, Gichin Funakoshi’s student. Ever since he has practices Shotokan Karate and kept seminars all around the world. In 1978 Kancho Kanzawa found SKIF (Shotokan Karate International Federation) society, in 2002 he reached 10. Dan Shotokan in Karate. You will learn 14 Katas of Shotokan Karate. Kancho Kanazawa doesn’t just show basic techniques but also more advanced techniques beginning from first dan black belt. Bunkai Kata techniques (in pairs): Heian Shodan, Heian Nidan, Heian Youndan, Heian Godan, Tekki Shodan, Tekki Nidan, Bassai Dai, Jion, Enpi, Kanku Dai, Bassai Sho, Jitte Sochin, Gankaku and Nijushiho. Pair techniques have been performed by Hirokazu Kanazawa and Kawasoe Shihan (7. Dan) and different members of Australia Kanazawa Shotokan Kokusai-Do.
